Your account comes with a default rental application and preapproval form to gather clients paperwork prior to showing them apartments. Just in case you want to edit either of these forms, here’s how:
- Login here
- Click the yellow “Edit” icon next to the form you want to customize
- Drag and Drop the fields you want to add to your rental application from the left hand menu. To delete these fields click the X on the top right hand side of the field. Don’t forget to make fields required by clicking on them and then checking off “required” from the left hand menu.
- At the top of the page click on “Form Settings” to determine your forms properties. From here check off which tenant screening reports you want to order and you can add a rental application fee if necessary. You can also set your forms to run background checks automatically or after you had the chance to review the tenants application (manual option). Lastly you can determine who has access to your rental application and who should be notified when an application is submitted.
- When you’re done click “Save”
